FINANCIAL PRIVACY NOTICE

This Financial Privacy Notice is provided by MoneyRoom, LLC ("MoneyRoom," "we," "us," or "our") in accordance with the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, 15 U.S.C. § 6801 et seq., and the Federal Trade Commission's Privacy of Consumer Financial Information Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 313 (collectively, "GLBA").
This notice supplements, and does not replace, our general Privacy Policy, available at https://moneyroom.app/privacy. Where this notice and the Privacy Policy address the same subject matter, this Financial Privacy Notice controls with respect to nonpublic personal information governed by GLBA.
FACTS — WHAT DOES MONEYROOM, LLC DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Why?
Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
What?
The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This information can include:
- Contact details (name, email address, phone number)
- Account balances and transaction history from accounts you link via Plaid
- Investment holdings and securities information from accounts you link (read-only)
- Payment information processed by our payment processor
- Account credentials (password, PIN), stored hashed and/or encrypted
How?
All financial companies need to share customers' personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their customers' personal information, the reasons MoneyRoom chooses to share, and whether you can limit this sharing.

To opt out of the limited categories above where sharing is permitted (such as marketing communications), you may:
- Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send you, or

- Contact us through the in-app support feature.
Please note: If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information immediately from the date we provided this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information only as described in this notice. You can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

WHO WE ARE
Who is providing this notice?
MoneyRoom, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, providing a personal-finance application that helps users track credit-card benefits, budgets, and read-only investment account information.
WHAT WE DO
How does MoneyRoom protect my personal information?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, transport-layer encryption (HTTPS) in transit, secured infrastructure, and access controls.
How does MoneyRoom collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
- Sign up for a MoneyRoom account
- Link a financial account through Plaid
- Provide contact information
- Pay for a subscription or other service
- Communicate with our support team
We also collect your personal information from third parties, such as Plaid (which provides read-only access to financial account data you authorize), payment processors, and operational service providers.
Why can't I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only:
- Sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness;
- Affiliates from using your information to market to you; and
- Sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you.
State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. See our Privacy Policy at https://moneyroom.app/privacy for additional rights, including those of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other state residents.
What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?
Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.
DEFINITIONS
- Affiliates — companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. MoneyRoom, LLC currently has no affiliates that receive your personal information.
- Nonaffiliates — companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. MoneyRoom does not share your personal information with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
- Joint marketing — a formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. MoneyRoom does not engage in joint marketing.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
California: If you are a California resident, we will not share information we collect about you with companies outside of MoneyRoom, except as the law allows or as you authorize. See our Privacy Policy for additional California rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including rights of access, correction, deletion, opt-out of sale or sharing, and limitation of use of sensitive personal information.
Vermont: If you are a Vermont resident, we will not share information we collect about you with companies outside of MoneyRoom unless the law allows or you authorize us to do so.
Nevada: If you are a Nevada resident and prefer not to receive marketing communications from us, you may opt out by emailing support@moneyroom.app. You may also contact the Nevada Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection.
